These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "you", or "your") and p6666 ("p6666", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at p6666.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by p6666, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the Platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the p6666 Platform at any given time. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. p6666 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts upon discovery.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you and treated as authorised, whether or not it was carried out by you personally.

You agree to notify p6666 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. p6666 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

p6666 may impose transaction limits, session restrictions, or temporary account holds as part of its standard fraud prevention, anti-money laundering ("AML"), and Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. These measures do not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

p6666 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PESONet, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100.00) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to the Player's p6666 balance within thirty (30) seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes depending on the originating institution and network conditions. p6666 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to verified payment accounts in the Player's name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The withdrawing Player must have completed KYC identity verification.
• Funds deposited via a particular method may be required to be withdrawn to that same method (source-of-funds matching policy).
• p6666 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including proof of payment method ownership.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawable balance prior to processing.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 unless otherwise stated for the applicable payment method.
• Most GCash withdrawals are processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.

p6666 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, for which p6666 accepts no responsibility.

p6666 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards ("Promotions") to eligible Players. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that Promotion.

General conditions applicable to all p6666 Promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated per promotion. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means ₱5,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate (often 10–20%) than slots (typically 100%). Exact contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Claim Limit: Most deposit-based bonuses may only be claimed once per Player. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• p6666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments to Players who have already opted into an active promotion in good faith.

In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, p6666 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available game logs and server records. The decision of p6666's game operations team shall be final in all matters relating to game outcomes and disputes.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during identity verification procedures.

• Exploiting errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds or paytables for financial gain. Players who discover an error are required to report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. p6666 is required to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The maximum aggregate liability of p6666 to a Player for any claim under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p6666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any policy incorporated herein.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by p6666.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute by the Player's financial institution.
• Any situation where p6666 reasonably determines that continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the Company.

Upon account closure, p6666 will return any verified, non-bonus real-money balance to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and AML review. 2. p6666 will acknowledge the dispute within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
3. If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory authority governing the Platform.

All decisions made by p6666's dispute resolution team regarding game outcomes, technical errors, and bonus disputes are made in good faith based on available server logs and records, and are final unless overturned by a competent regulatory authority.

p6666 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
